Safety and Warning Instructions

- Place the device exclusively on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the rating plate.

- Do not block or cover the ventilation openings to prevent overheating.

- Ensure no food or liquids come into direct contact with the fireclay stone to avoid smoke or fire hazards.
- Do not dust the fireclay stone with flour.
- Regularly clean the device as per the instructions in the operating manual, particularly the fireclay stone and cooking chamber, to maintain hygienic conditions.
- Use only original spare parts and recommended accessories to ensure the device’s functionality and safety.
- If visible damage or malfunctions occur, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
- Do not switch on the device if it has become wet, and have it inspected before the next use.
- When handling hot baking trays and food, use appropriate protective measures such as heat-resistant gloves.
- Do not leave the device unattended during operation.
