Safety and Warning Instructions

- Place the device exclusively on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the rating plate.
- Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the device or be left unattended near it.
- During operation, the grill plates and other surfaces can become very hot – risk of burns. Touch the grill plates only using the designated handle.
- Never clean the device with a water jet or immerse it in liquids to avoid short circuits and electric shocks.
- Before cleaning, maintenance, or extended periods of non-use, switch off the device, disconnect it from the power supply, and allow it to cool completely.
- Do not block the ventilation slots to prevent the device from overheating.
- Do not use sharp or pointed objects on the grill plates to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
- Use only original parts and accessories suitable for the model.
- Repairs must only be carried out by qualified personnel using original spare parts.
- If visible damage or malfunctions occur, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
- Do not overfill the drip tray and empty it regularly to avoid overflowing of grease or liquids.
- After transport or storage in humid environments, ensure the device is completely dry before use.
- Dispose of packaging materials safely and keep them out of reach of children, as they pose a suffocation hazard.
- The device is intended exclusively for preparing sandwiches, paninis, or other suitable foods; any other use may cause damage and void the warranty.
- Operate the temperature control knob with care to avoid overheating or misuse.
- If overheating or anomalies occur, a fault code will appear on the display – switch off the device immediately and have it inspected.
